About CREBA

On behalf of the Chinese Real Estate Brokerage Alliance (CREBA), I warmly welcome you to the 2025 CREBA Realtor Excellence Awards Ceremony.

CREBA was founded by 16 Brokers of Record and Directors from prominent real estate brokerages with mostly Chinese Canadian background in the Greater Toronto Area. CREBA has developed 32 brokerage members, over 9,000 individual realtor members and over 20,000 individual members of investors and homeowners. For the first time, CREBA will serve as a united voice to strengthen industry representation, elevate professional standards and public image, and promote best practices and sustainable development within the real estate sector.

Today, one of the greatest challenges we face is a crisis of trust. The establishment of CREBA is also about building a trustworthy professional identity for Chinese real estate practitioners. To further reinforce accountability and integrity, CREBA has established a Board of Trustees, reflecting and emphasizing the core principle of trust inherent in real estate brokerage. The Board of Trustees holds supervisory and veto authority over decisions made by the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee.

This Awards Ceremony celebrates industry excellence by recognizing the very best Chinese background real estate professionals through the CREBA Award Committee formed by Brokers of Record from member brokerages. During this unprecedented market downturn cycle, we organize this industry event to encourage our realtors to remain resilient, stay active, maintain competence, and continue to compete with professionalism and integrity.
